He is the Founder and President of Broadway Starz® - Family Performer's Theatre Academy, (Joseph, High School Musical, Cinderella, Oliver, The Wizard of OZ, Annie Jr., Grease, Disney's Beauty & the Beast, Seussical, Joseph, Rent, Narnia, Willy Wonka). Founder, President and Judge of The Broadway Starz® Believe Awards (Believe Awards 2007-Present). Judge for the Inland Theatre League (2010-present), Judge for the National Youth Theatre. (2007-2009), Judge for the Southwest California Pageants Miss Inland California (2009), Judge for the Miss Temecula and Miss Murrieta Empire Pageant (2009). Alan has directed for theatre companies throughout Southern California and abroad including Spotlight Theatre Arts Repertory, San Diego, CA (In The Spotlight & Little Women), CAT Corona, USA (Seven Brides for Seven Brothers), Founder of Broadway High-CTAA (Peter Pan, Joseph, Grease, Big River, The Wiz, Oliver!, Annie, Beauty & the Beast, The Wizard of Oz), MET2 - San Diego, CA (Secret Garden, The King & I, The Music Man, Little Shop of Horrors, Joseph and The Wiz, Auckland Children’s Musical Theatre, Auckland, New Zealand (Joseph, Secret Garden, Big River, Oliver!). He also taught Drama, Pre-Algebra and Algebra II at Calvary Murrieta Christian High School in Murrieta, CA. As an actor, under BMG Models Inc. Agency (Commercial, Television and Film Division) in Los Angeles, CA, Alan has received an Inland Theatre League Award for his role as Fagin in Oliver!, and has performed many roles to include Harold Hill & Charlie Cowell (The Music Man), Captain Hook (Peter Pan), Daddy Warbucks (Annie), Coach Bolton (High School Musical), the Beast (Beauty & the Beast), and many more. Alan is also a multi-award winner for Directing, Choreography, Lighting and Scenic Design. In addition to his responsibilities with Broadway Starz® - Family Performer's Theatre Academy as Artistic Director, he was also on the Drama Team, Youth Ministry Team and Worship Team at Southwest Christian Church. Alan is married to Kymm and has four children, Joe, Tiffany, Emily and Christopher and two grandsons Joshua and Conley.
